Dimensions, weight and the selected lane are sent to the server to calculate prices. This input is not stored permanently and is not linked to any profile.

When you open the site, the hosting provider processes technical access data such as IP address, timestamp, requested address and browser identifier. This is necessary for the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Aggregated usage data is collected to improve the site: Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (page views and loading times) as well as Umami and Glance, two self-hosted analytics applications running on the operator's own servers at stats.home.nussbaumer.dev and analytics.home.nussbaumer.dev. Umami records page views and individual product events — such as which lane was selected or which offer was clicked — sets no cookies and builds no cross-site profiles. Glance records page views with referrer, screen width and time zone, likewise without cookies. No advertising profiles are created and no data is shared with ad networks.

The following service providers act as processors for the operation and measurement of this website:

Vercel Inc. (USA) – website hosting as well as Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights.

Data collected with Umami and Glance does not leave the operator's own infrastructure; no additional service provider and no third-country transfer is involved.

Vercel Inc. is based in the USA. Transfers of personal data to the USA rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place with the providers named above.

No advertising or tracking cookies are set. Language switching uses the "NEXT_LOCALE" cookie holding the selected language code, and your browser's local storage records under "versandheld.localeSource" whether the language was chosen manually. Both can be cleared at any time in your browser settings.

When you click an offer you leave this website and continue to the booking page of the respective carrier (Austrian Post, DHL or GLS). From that point their privacy policy applies.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise them, contact the address listed in the imprint. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

The operator named in the imprint is the controller for this processing.
